As a certified birth doula Angela has been proudly helping families welcome their babies into the world since 2006. She has a strong belief that every woman is entitled to birth the way she desires surround by a loving and supportive team in an environment where she feels safe. She strives to educate parents so that they can make informed decisions they can feel good about. Angela has worked with families in a variety of settings including medication free water births, hospital births and planned cesareans. With a warm, outgoing personality she easily understands the mother's needs and is especially able to relate to first time parents and young moms to be.

Born in South Carolina, Angela has traveled and lived throughout the United States. She made Tucson her home when she met the love of her life, Tony. They have now been happily married since 2000.

Angela aspires to one day become a midwife but until then she satisfies her passion in helping new families by being a doula. While being a doula can be challenging and at times difficult , Angela believes it's all worth it to see the looks of amazement and pride on the faces of the new parents.
